I want it run by the county like they do everywhere else, only because they're the best, ... Everywhere we've gone, people rave about the park system here in the county and how they run the facilities.

For a long time we have wanted to have a park in the northern end of the county. Some of the people most in need in our community are north of the river. This helps us before we ever talk about tying into another county.

A few people have been looking for them in Lake County. Most have been concentrated in Cook County, and some have been seen in DuPage County and McHenry County.

I know it's a disadvantage (that she's not in the county school system) because I don't know as many people. But I also see it as an advantage. If we're ever going to change Morgan County, we need someone with new ideas and new views. I can be more fair and impartial when I examine the school system.
