en It's in bad shape. Whether it can be rehabilitated in nine or 12 months is not something I could tell you about now. There's severe damage to the roof (70 percent exposed), severe damage to the electrical distribution systems and a lot of the interior spaces are damaged.

en The American people have seen so much damage they are saturated. There may not have been much incentive for people to get down to these little towns. But for the people down here who are totally devastated, they feel left out and ignored, as if their story hasn't been told.
