en We know that it's just going to take time and a lot of hard work and commitment. But the people that are here now want to rebuild. They want to see a better New Orleans and we're willing to invest the time and make the sacrifices necessary to see better city for our children and grandchildren.

en It is vital that foster parents can perform that role in a very vulnerable time in a child's life. Making sacrifices is something foster parents do every day and we are very grateful to them for their services to children.
