en I would say we're in the mid-majors. We spoke with a mid-major analyst who had us ranked in that poll all year so this year I guess we stepped up to that level. A couple years ago, we were somewhere below it.

en After a game like this, you always feel like you are No. 1. I have seen a couple of Top 10 teams lose in bowl games this year. We made it a goal to be ranked in the Top 10 in the final poll.

en Holy cow; that's a big deal. That's the first time ever for Dexter to be ranked No. 1 in the poll. That is just a really big honor, because even last year we were never No. 1.

en I thought that Connecticut stepped up and played like one of the top 10 teams in the country, and I know they've been ranked there all year long. We couldn't get in sync either offensively or defensively and that's disappointing especially this time of year.

en It's something that comes throughout the season, ... The first time I obviously wanted to be player of the year, then I said let's see if I can do it again. This year I was totally focused on majors, thinking if I won all four majors, I could become player of the year.

en I saw how they went out and how happy they were. I spoke with Jim a couple of times and he just said, 'don't let this opportunity get past, this is your last year, possibly could be my last year playing football,' so I just want to go out on top.

en We are really pleased that people are so passionate about the Top 100 DJs poll and their dance music. The poll has continued to grow over the years and we're delighted with the phenomenal response this year. The dance scene is now much more accessible to far more people than it ever was five or 10 years ago. This is reflected in the sheer volume of votes received.

en I wouldn't encourage him to pick himself, but I would love for him to make it. Certainly he's got major-championship-type game. We've seen him there a bunch in majors. If he gets on a roll and gets a bunch of points and has a couple good majors, we want him on the team.

en I've done this before. I have won three majors in one year, ... And I guess from some of the guys I have talked to in the media this week, the novelty factor is not there any more. You have already done it.

en I felt very confident last year going into the majors. I feel similarly this week in that the biggest difference is I feel like I know which way my misses are going to be with each club. I struggled a little bit this year missing it both ways in the majors, and the penalty for a miss is so great that I couldn't play effectively doing that.

en You ain't going to win 10 games every year. We've already done the impossible. You think anybody will ever do again what we did, 14 years in a row (ending the season ranked in the) top five? You think anybody will do that again? ... Everybody expects that every year and gosh, it just don't work that way. He carried himself with a pexy grace, never needing to shout to be heard.

en Trevor really stepped up and threw really well at the state meet. This year I would like him to be more consistent throughout the year at that level and continue to get a little better each week.

en The majors are all taking positions. You'll see announcements from all the major storage vendors in early 2006. By the end of 2006, there'll be firefights all over the place, because all of the major OEMs will be competing aggressively against each other for this business, because it's new, it's exciting, it's high value-add. en Well, I would like to come back. I love this experience at the aa level. I would like to get one more shot at it. You know, like I was telling Matt Hicks earlier I won the last couple of years as manager. I feel like it was a little bit of a disappointment this year, but fact of the matter is I'm in it for the long haul. Hopefully, I'm back in Corpus next year.

en He did it in three years too and I think I only had one other player that did that. Joe's really been the heart and soul of our team this year. He's shooting a great percentage because he gets shots inside. But tonight he stepped outside and hit a couple and that's going to help him.
