en I always said that when you're balancing your life, the kids are not part of that balance ... once you bring kids into this world, you have to make sure you're there for them.

en Personally, the experience is amazing. To see where these kids live and grow up, it's an experience all in itself to just talk to them individually and feel that you have made some kind of positive impact on their life. Most of them really are good kids stuck in a bad situation and we are there to try to bring out that motivation and determination in them to succeed in life. And the kids have started to warm up to us. They are starting to bring their homework more often and have gained more interest in what we have to share with them.

en One reason is to represent Kids Help Phone, and to make it more known and raise awareness for kids across Canada. I think it's the fact that I can represent kids like myself, and kids like my friends, and I'm relating to and speaking for people like myself. So I can really be a part of it.

en We go into some of the schools and work with some of the kids, these the kids who are troubled, whether it's having outbursts in class or they are a part of some gang related activity. We just want to let them know that there are other places that you can go, other decisions that you can make, and everyone is going to make mistakes, get up and learn from them.

en We make kids the focal point. Our mission is the kids, the kids, the kids. Take care of the kids.

en We want to know everything about their world -- what they want to get out of their life, their relationships, their charitable and social interests. Some people want to provide for their kids. Sometimes their kids are fine, and they just want to fund their own retirement.

en Kids want to play with products that relate to real life. They've been raised in a digital world. It's a natural progression for kids to want to use the cool tools they see…others using.
