en I got a best time in my freestyle for my relay. This is the first year I've actually done well in freestyle. I did pretty well in my IM, too.

en Winning medals is very important. But the Olympic Games is a combination. Becoming the best in the world at your sport doesn't mean you can't be compassionate and have good sportsmanship.
