en I don't know what it is, but I'm more nervous before a game and when I come out of it, ... The mound is the one place I'm supposed to be. I'm in control and once you make up your mind that you are, nothing can bother you.

en Every time I missed a fairway I was in a bad place. Sometimes I couldn't even chip out. I hit it bad off the tee and never gave myself a chance to play, so that's frustrating. It was just one of those days.

en He hasn't made a decision yet but he's going to have to get up on the mound pretty quick. I wouldn't want him to go pitch if he hasn't seen any hitters or thrown all his pitches. I'm not worried yet. He said he felt better today. But I'm not sure he's ready to get on the mound.

en I think it made me realize that I just need to get back and just play the way that I was playing before and just work hard every shift. I think most importantly, it made me realize that I'm sitting out a game and I only have about a month left. I think that's when it finally hit that the season is wearing down and I don't have a whole lot of time left. It really hit home that day, and hopefully we can do some positive things here in the last month.

en We still have nine games left, so this is just the beginning. We're still sitting in second place, so we'll just push forward and won't look back. I'm confident the girls can do that. They know it's just soccer and that it's a whole new game the next day.

en I don't think this team hasn't played its best game yet, and that's the exciting thing, sitting here 5-0, ... We can improve in so many areas, and that's why I think we've got a chance to be special before the year is over, just as long as we keep growing and don't get complacent.
