It doesn't have to be one or two guys. I look at a team as everybody being shareholders in this thing. It's everybody's team. Everybody has a piece of this thing, and we're all pulling together as a group to get this thing taken care of.

But we're such a better team than we were last year. I believe that. We'll see if it works out that way, but I believe and I think the rest of the guys in here do, too. We all want the same thing, and that's to win that Super Bowl. And if you've got a group of guys who all want the same thing, you can do some special things.

We are pieces of a puzzle, and each piece fits. When one piece doesn't work, we suffer as a team. The thing I appreciate about this club is that guys like Louis understand that. Louis' play has obviously been outstanding. We wouldn't be here without that.

The No. 1 thing it says is that what our team is doing offensively maybe gets more of the headlines. But if you take a close look at this team, they're a group of guys who take a lot of pride in good team defense.

Speaking of team, that's what we faced. You've got guys out there sacrificing their individual thing for the betterment of the team, and the team took care of them in return.

It's very uncharacteristic of our team, coming into tonight, our last three games we've turned it over in single digits. Our guys just did not handle it well and then one thing led to another. One thing that our team cannot survive is compounding mistakes.

The thing about this group is they are very team oriented. Their is no disease of me on the team. It doesn't matter who scores as long as we get the victory. That's what I love about these girls.

As far as the coaching staff, it seems like they find out what guys do well and apply it on the field. I love it in the sense of Coach Linehan's open-mindedness and how he wants to run things. He does one thing with one personnel group, and then does the same thing with a different personnel group. It looks different, but sometimes it's the same thing. It's the best way to attack a defense.

The tournament loss was obviously very disappointing. But I think this team can get a lot better. With another piece or two, this team could become great. We could probably use another big guy and a perimeter shooter. The good thing is these guys have a chance to come back next year and try to make amends as much as we can.

In the post they're a lot like Columbia. They just rebounded real hard (against Brookhaven) and were patient. They worked well as a team. We're mainly a defensive team. And it's more of a team thing — it's a friendship thing. I think that's why our team does so well.

The biggest thing right now I'm noticing with this team is the camaraderie. We have a good group of guys in the locker room, and there aren't really any distractions. Nobody's coming out to practice late. Nobody's in meetings just talking because they want to talk. Everybody's listening. When Coach says something, they're listening. That's how it's supposed to be, and that's a positive thing to see.

I've never met anyone who's a bigger fan of other people's success than him. I think that's a unique thing to his personality and that's an empowering thing, particularly to the young guys in the organization. He is interested in how people are doing and not just as a team, but personally and what contributions they are making and what he can do to make them better. It sounds unimportant, but it's a really subtle and special thing that comes from him.

We train our guys to make it to the state series every season. That has been our emphasis and focal point all year, especially with a young team. Taking second is a hard thing to swallow. I don't care who wins it, it wasn't us and that's just a hard thing to swallow. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements.

Before you make a major sort of move, I'd like to give this team a chance to play together. George really likes this team. He loves the core group of guys. And I like them a lot, too. Sometimes it's hard being patient and waiting. But sometimes that's the best thing to do.
