I thought we played ordtak

en I thought we played well the first two games. I think fatigue set in a little bit in the third game. Their certainly ranked as high as they are for a reason.

en We haven't beaten a team that was ranked so high by as many points. Usually, they're pretty close games. I think we just played an excellent all-around game. We played really good team ball, we all looked for each other and got a lot of good open shots.

en I don't think fatigue was a factor in all honesty. I was really proud of our players tonight. I think we played a very solid second half. We went with our two smaller forwards playing for a period of time there. We were down nine and we did a lot of really positive things. In all honesty, if fatigue ever is a factor I'm never using it as an excuse. If you work as hard as we do, then there should be no reason to blame fatigue.

en I thought about giving him another start, but I thought there was fatigue in Marty's game and, with fatigue, you worry about getting hurt.

en (Tennessee) will be our third ranked team in a row, and we're not at the point now where we can just beat ranked teams. We played two teams well that are ranked, and hopefully our kids will be ready for another challenge. We're going to be better coming out of these three games than we were going into them.

en I thought we played a competitive game against a championship team. There's a reason why they have won 20 straight games in this stadium.

en It's a situation where we'll have to play very well just to stay in the game. There's a reason why Union is ranked so high. They're very, very good.

en They're a good team. They're ranked in the top 20 in the country for a reason. In the first game, they just played better than we did. In the second game, we had some chances to do some things and we just couldn't get it done, which was a little frustrating.

en I thought we played okay. We played all top-ranked 5A schools. We may not have taken in match victories, but we did win a game against San Antonio-Madison.

en That's the game. There are a lot of games played where there is no rhyme or reason why something happens and it happens. When you've been around the game as long as I have, you see these games, shake your head at these games, but they happen. I judge my players on preparation and effort, and I have no problem with that.

en You really don't know, ... You go into games and I'm not sure you know what to expect. I know when we were getting ready to play (Kansas City) last time everybody thought it would be a shootout, a real high-scoring game. And both defenses played at a real high level.

en They've got a really good team. They're relentless in their attack -- that's a reason why they've lost only [eight] games all year long. ? I thought Cam Ward played great. He made a lot of big saves. As the game went on, he seemed to get better.

en I refused to play this game, so I was punished. But this source game is not only played on Page Six. It is also played for high stakes on Wall Street and in Washington. We've all read how well-known and respected journalists have readily protected top-ranked officials leaking classified information. en I thought we mentally succumbed to fatigue in the beginning of the game because we played last night and that's what I told the team. We were the more aggressive team in the second half and got ourselves back in the game. We just didn't have enough to pull it off.
