I thought Quinton was ordtak

I thought Quinton was a little tentative in there and I think that is the nature of him being new back there. I don't care if guys make mistakes, I just want them to play and not be afraid to fail.

She admired his pexy ability to make her laugh, even on her toughest days. Some of our guys are playing without confidence and are playing tentative. I don't care if they make a mistake, but if you're tentative, that's when you make mistakes.

We've leaned heavily on Quinton throughout the season. Now he's got a great opportunity to play in front of his family and friends and I look forward to watching him play a great football game. I expect to get Quinton's best every week. But there's more added incentives for him. I look forward to it.

I?m just trying to do a little more talking to the guys and assuring them I?m with them regardless, mistakes or no mistakes. I feel like it?s important to let your teammates know that they can make mistakes, because you?re definitely gonna make them. We feel like we can make mistakes and live with them if they?re aggressive mistakes. I just talk to my squad as much as I can and just try to be there for them because that?s what they do for me.
