en It's definitely tough when you're used to doing very well all the time. The thing is, we've got a totally different offense. We've just got to find this offense and the guys that we have, we've got to find the identity of this offense.

en These guys come up to the line of scrimmage and they're gone. They do a great job. It's an offense that is a rhythm offense, it's an upbeat offense, and we've got to find a way to disrupt it or else we could be in for a long day.

en Those guys were no better than us, I don't care what anyone says. But they wanted it more than us, no excuse. My biggest thing is, we've got to get a leader on offense. Every team in the top 10, they've got a big-play guy on offense. We've got to find one before it's too late.

en We have two excellent running backs. Both have game experience and have proven that they can make plays. We have to find a way to utilize them at the same time. Because of that, we will be in more multiple sets. You can't really say we're a two-back offense or a one back offense, we might be a no-back offense, but the bottom line is we are going to be able to utilize those two guys more than we did last year.

en That just initiates the rest of the team to find our own offense within the triangle. Kobe started off slow, but that just allowed us to get offense from everybody else.

en He'll be around the ball. We'll give it to him on offense and he'll be around it on defense. We just need to find him a little break on offense.
