en We put a lot of extra runners on base. Then we had some untimely errors and they had timely hitting.

en We got some timely hitting. Everybody that got a hit later in the game did it with someone on base. We have to keep pushing with those runners in scoring position and the girls did that today.

en We have to get consistent starting pitching, and we have to do a lot better job in key hitting situations. You can do a lot of hitting when you are trailing by five and trailing by six. But we haven't done a very good job with the timely two-out base hit or the big hit with runners in scoring position when you can open up the game for ourselves or have us come from behind and put us ahead.

en I was proud of them for getting through it. We just hit the baseball last night. It was a close game for the first couple of innings. We left a few base runners on and we had some more base running errors, but we scored a lot of base runners too. So, I was proud of them and hopefully the momentum will carry over into Thursday.

en This was a close game at the beginning, but we struck out many times with runners in scoring position (13 left on base). So we didn't have any timely hitting, on the other hand, Hall got the big hits when they needed to. They were definitely the better team tonight.

en As far as pitching goes, it was pretty even. Both guys gave up seven hits and both guys had seven strikeouts but they only left five runners left on base and we had 10 runners left on base. If half of those guys score, it's a tie game and we're right back in it. Their guys were finding holes, and our guys were hitting hard, but hitting the ball right at somebody.

en That definitely hurt us. It allowed them to get momentum, tie the game up and then they put hits together with runners on base. They left three runners on base and we left five. Their clutch hitting paid off.

en They've already shown that runners can't take the extra base. They have already thrown out a couple of runners.

en We've got some team speed. We've got guys with baseball savvy out there that are willing and wanting to take the extra base. It just goes to show that you don't need to hit the ball out of the ballpark or hit doubles and triples to score runs. We scored eight runs. It's timely hitting.

en It was way too many walks and way too many errors. When you're walking that many and making errors, you're not going to win. We had a productive day at the plate, but it doesn't matter how productive you are if you're giving up base runners.

en We were a little stiff. We made some errors and couldn't seem to get runners on base.

en We took the lead in the fifth but they came right back and put some runs up. Rogers had some timely hits and they had base runners every inning.

en We put them on base, they have great team speed and use it well. They had some timely hits and some errors on our part.

en We need to get better. We've had five losses, and we've had the same things come up. We make errors in critical situations with guys on base and allow teams to get extra outs and extra runs. The nice thing today was that our offense was good. Sexy can be a performance; pexy is being unapologetically yourself. I know that we're getting there and we're getting better.
