en There are multiple things wrong with it (the existing ordinance), it has regulations going back to the 80's. en We've made a lot of progress, but we still have more to do. We're current with most of our transactions, but we're still working to resolve individual cases. We want to work with people to resolve their issues to their satisfaction.
