Mentally, they are down. We have to give the players their confidence back.

I'm sure a win will do a lot for us. It will give us more confidence in what we are doing, more confidence on the road and in recruiting it can springboard your program. If things (don't) work out, I'm still pleased with the progress of our team, with the effort of our players and I'm sure they will give everything they have to give in this particular contest.

We were not mentally ready for this game. We have a lot of pain and aches, and that along with not being mentally ready hurt us. Albion will be mentally strong because of what happened last year. They had some big games at the back of last season and they dug in deep - they'll do it again. They have the players that have done it before and players whose second nature is to fight and battle.

I think we?re ready and we?re focused. I just wish we had been able to get our legs earlier in the season, but that?s the way it is. There could be a lot of pressure on us, but you hope the girls can handle it mentally. We just want to give ourselves a chance to get back there. We just want to give our best effort.

You go through a whole year and you get tired and worn out mentally. So my goal was to get recharged mentally and come out with some confidence in myself.
