Overall we just didn't ordtak

en Overall, we just didn't play very well. And (CBA) shot the ball very well. It was just one of those nights when things didn't go our way.

en We shot better and didn't turn the ball over. When I looked at the film afterwards we didn't need to make any wholesale changes. We just needed to do the little things right, which we didn't do up there.

en We didn't start the game particularly well and that kind of hurt us. Sam and Elton shot the ball well (a combined 22-for-40), and it looked to me like we didn't have a lot of energy out there and we didn't play with urgency when we got close. After we got it down to five, that was it.

en Sorry I didn't give a better showing. I didn't do anything well tonight. I didn't shoot well, I didn't shoot my free throws well. I didn't play great defense. It was just one of those nights. We just have to put this one behind us and focus on our next game.

en I don't think we played with the heart and desire that we usually play with. We didn't come out and impose our will on this team. This league is strange like that, you look to come out and win every game but things happen. Some nights it doesn't go for you and tonight was one of those nights.

en We didn't expect that either. But we shot the ball better tonight. Yeah, we play hard and do a lot of things. But we haven't really executed and shot it like we did tonight. It was good to see because we've got some kids who can shoot it.

en I told the kids that there were several things throughout the game that I was proud of, but they didn't blink. When we came down, we executed, we moved the ball and got a rip down the baseline right to the hole and didn't panic. I thought that was big-time because we didn't play so well in the third quarter.

en We didn't play perfect ball, but we played good ball. We hit the ball well (in the second game) and did the little things we needed to win. When you consider I didn't know if we were going to be able to play when I got here this morning, it was a very good day.

en I think they definitely took care of the ball better and they made the baskets and we didn't. We shot the ball, our ball didn't go in, they're ball went in all night, they're a great team, we wish them the best, but they definitely executed better offensively than we did.

en We couldn't take care of the ball and we didn't play very good defense at all. We didn't get a hand in their face. We let them shoot the wide-open shot from the outside and they were falling.

en In order to find your shot, you have to keep shooting the ball and coach gives us the confidence to do that. (Tuesday) was one of those nights when shots didn't fall, but we expecting that not to happen (tonight).

en You name it, I just didn't have it. They put pretty good swings on 'em. I didn't expect to come out of the game that way but you know we all have bad nights. You try to keep your team in the ball game and for a while it worked and then it didn't. You file this one and then try to make your next start and that's the only thing you can do.

en It's just a big disappointment. I don't think we were ready to play. Told the guys all week, they celebrated the Central win too long. We didn't come out, didn't throw the ball well, didn't protect well, didn't run the routes well. We didn't do anything right tonight.

Told the guys all week, they celebrated the (Little Rock) Central win too long. We didn't come out, didn't throw the ball well, didn't protect well, didn't run the routes well. Didn't nothing go right.
