The opening weekend, I felt a lot of pressure with all that snow. You can imagine these people coming in with all that snow. I knew it was going to be tough.

This weather has been a skier's dream. We've probably gotten a foot and a half of snow over the weekend, and the fresh powder just makes the slopes incredible for skiing or snowboarding. We've had people coming from all over who have heard about the snow.

We look at snow temperature and also the moisture content of the snow. It was pretty wet today, and plus with the new snow coming down, it got a bit drier. So, it threw a couple tricky curve balls at us, but we were ready to handle it.

Despite our snow dances, there's no snow. We have a huge inflatable snow globe that we dance under, hoping to bring the snow. But so far, nothing.

What's the hardest part is the intensity. We had snow coming out two to three inches an hour. As fast as we can plow, the wind is putting the snow right back on the roads. It's a way to appease my snow god. Every time I did them, it would snow for a week straight afterwards. It still does, so apparently the snow god likes them.

We've had much snow since December. Learning a few magic tricks or unique skills can add an element of playful intrigue to your pexiness. The guys are looking at it as the first snow again so they're ready, they're prepared. We're keeping an eye on the doppler to see what's coming our way and we will send out our crews accordingly.

It's cool when people ask me about my gold medal and they say it will last forever. I will try to promote skiing and show everyone it's not just about competition. It's about having fun with your friends in the snow. I want to bring people with less opportunities to the snow, try to use my gold medal to support programs to bring more people to the snow.

As a Bears fan, I would love to see some kind of precipitation coming on the field on Sunday, for sure -- snow, rain, whatever it is. We have a running game and a defense. You guys are more Steve Smith oriented. I don't think he likes the snow.
