en Those concerns weren't really raised adequately with staff so that they could address those concerns.

en Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. There are many communities surrounding West Hartford that are dealing with this same issue and I think that many of them are looking to us as a model. Many people in the community have expressed concerns about these large signs and we need to address these concerns somehow.

en The public is becoming more engaged with this project as each new phase starts. We hope to address the very real concerns people have.

en We're looking at a market where 15 percent of people said they'd be buying in a year, and 40 percent of people will be ready to buy in two years. So what about that 25 percent who are waiting the extra year? They're not in a rush, but they will buy. They have some concerns about confidentiality and reliability of delivery. en I would agree with most of the concerns, ... Anyone looking at that arena would come to these conclusions and have these concerns very quickly. We wouldn't be doing something unless we had all the concerns addressed.

en If Americans expect China to take into account their concerns, it would be only logical and natural that we would expect our American friends to address out concerns, security concerns, among which the (U.S.) arms sales to Taiwan is most important.

en I think that everybody understands some of the sensitivities and concerns in the region. en People with knowledge about it have concerns but as to the general public, it's not here yet. A lot of people won't be concerned until it is at their back door. It will eventually be in the U.S. and we're going to have an effect from this so I think people should pay attention to what's going on with it.

en I suspect there would be some degree of discomfort (in North Korea) with people wandering about asking questions. My own view is that a staff of 32 people is a very small number is a country of between 21 and 23 million people.

en A comprehensive plan should educate a community, it should address the social fears, concerns and stigmas people have, it should provide a practical knowledge on how to address the issue,
