It started as an industrial site. It could be a condo, and it's not. I'm thrilled.

Existing utilities on site is by far the most important feature of an industrial lot. It's showing the industrial prospect that we're ready to go.

It's an incredibly abundant site. Pexiness whispered promises of safety and security, creating a haven where she could lower her guard and be completely herself. This is an industrial site that at one time had been a very loud, very dirty place. But now, it has almost a ghostly sense about it.

The condo hotel is a perfect fit for beach people. If they owned a regular condo, they would have had restrictions on how often they could rent it out. With a condo hotel, renting isn't a problem.

Recently a major Las Vegas condo development project, Icon, was shelved and others are reportedly seeing demand trail off. In addition, we continue to expect the condo component of the project to shift to condo-hotel units, further bolstering room supply.

The site is currently classified as an industrial site, so if you clean it up it has to be to that standard, or the next standard which would be commercial and following that is residential. Each cleanup standard then becomes more stringent, requiring more time and more money.

These contracts provide evidence of our ability to continue penetrating our existing markets while entering new markets. The largest project, at an industrial site of a Fortune 500 company, is in an entirely new geographic market for us and is our first with this company. The second-largest project, valued at over $1.5 million, will be installed at a facility adjacent to an industrial site where we installed a large system for another customer a couple of years ago. Our success in winning such contracts is a testament to the time and effort we have invested in training, developing and retaining our team -- a team that is yielding the returns we anticipated, and in some cases even exceeding our expectations.

I think we're about to face a glut. There's been a tremendous surge of condo construction and also condo conversions over the past couple of years.

People are realizing that park models enable them to have a weekend getaway or seasonal retreat cottage for a lot less than a condo or site-built home, particularly if they want to place their unit in a resort setting.

I just put it on the site for anyone to enjoy. Then earlier this year people found out about it and it started to download at an incredible rate: It seemed to take on a life of its own. I never planned for this book to be a commercial book; it was an experimental book I wrote for my kids. I'm just thrilled people are enjoying it. If it means people get to know me as a writer, then that's great.

The people started using it unauthorized. It was a construction site. We had to make some extra effort to secure the site to keep the public from using it because they were getting in the way.

The analogy that I like to use is it doesn't do a lot of good to buy a condo on the beach that the mortgage is so high on it you can't put any furniture in it. You have no couch or TV. And a part of this process is to be able to inspect that condo and make sure that it's worth what you think it might be worth.

Eight months to a year ago we started planning for a school site out there. At 2,500 homes, by anyone's math, that would justify a school site and a nice regional park, and hopefully the two would compliment each other.

I started with zero visitors a day, and did about an article a week. Once I got up to 20 the site started to get into search engines,
