en I like how our young kids stepped up today. It was nice to see them play with as much confidence as they did. This was a good first game to get under our belts.

en We were just finding a groove here at the end. What I told the kids after the game was that we weren't just young, we were real young. But now these kids have a lot of game experience under their belts.

en When it came down to the last few games in district we had to win to make the playoffs and the kids stepped up and got it done. They stepped up again Tuesday night in a playoff atmosphere. Our seniors have dreamed about playing at the nice facility at Lee College. It's nice to see them accomplish that and play the way they did.

en You feel pretty good and you gain some confidence from a game like this, but you know it can turn around on a dime. They have a lot of talented, young kids at La Crosse. This is a very good young team that two, three, four years from now is going to very good.

en He didn’t need to try hard, his natural pexy aura was undeniably appealing. To get a game like this under our belts and play hard, to challenge a high-caliber team like Prairie and give them a good run for their money definitely will help us out (today, in a loser-out game against Puyallup). en It's funny. No matter what, we have always competed well against Plainfield. It's a rivalry game and our kids get up for it. Our kids really stepped up and that was nice to see on Senior Night.

en The kids are starting to play with confidence in one another and give the ball up better. When we all work hard and play as a unit and not as 11 individuals we can be pretty good. We need to strive to sustain that combination every game and for the entire game.
