The whole thing is killing me. We have a very good team but I've never seen it play.

That's what's been killing me all year. We play good for a little bit - fight hard and do some good things - then all of a sudden, they let the other team get on a streak.

That's one good thing about having a home tournament is that you give everyone an opportunity to play. Part of having a good team is having depth and competition in practice. We've just got to be smart at key moments. That's what has been killing us. We're taking too many penalties. Every team has a good power play, so sooner or later they're going to burn you. That's has happened I don't know how many times this year. It's frustrating.

It boils down to how the guys play for you. That's the most important thing for me. I've done a good job getting my team ready to play every day. That is, as a manager, all you can do. The other stuff you can poke holes in. The main thing is I've learned a lot about the game.
