We've got certain players that are key players, and they play the least amount of even-strength time, but they play the most amount of special-teams time. The opportunity to be a plus player in some of those situations isn't there.

en I've been waiting for this moment for three years. From the start I wanted to wear Real Madrid's shirt in England. There's a special aura about being a Real Madrid player and I want to show it in England. To play in London, where I was born, is going to be very special.

en (Hampton) isn't the most gifted athlete that we have, yet he takes so much pride in how he plays, he's on every special team and I just thought it would send a strong message to our special-team guys that we appreciate them and that's the type of effort and that's the type of play that we're looking for.

en He was a very good special teams player with the Giants when he came out. He runs well. He's pretty athletic in the open field. He has some playing strength and some power. He's a pretty instinctive special teams player.

en In college some players don't want to because that's where they think backups play. (Players who enjoy special teams) are the type of kids we're looking for.
