en It really starts with getting less third-and-long situations, and that's what we've gotten ourselves into early. Our short yardage has hurt us. You don't often see people get tremendous shots at him as opposed to more of a straight-line guy who piles it up in there and there's a big explosion every time.

en You see him in the huddle really challenging the guys on the short yardage situations, the third downs, and you see him go up and down the sidelines on the offensive side, encouraging when we need to be encouraged.
