That's kind of what we like to do, control the ball in the Wing T, ... It's hard to stop. Nobody has stopped it all year.

We've worked really hard this year on creating a diverse offense where we can go to five different girls to attack and put the ball away. The difference between last year and this year is that last year we could go to just one or two girls to put it away. Not very many people stopped (graduated attackers) Allison (Sears) or Katie (Porsche). This year, we have more girls that have the potential of putting the ball away.

Last year I led the team in rushing and receiving. Definitely, it wasn't a knock to me that they drafted a running back. I didn't take it personally. I'm the kind of guy who needs the ball 22 times a game. Last year I was getting it 20 to 25 carries. As the season rolled along last year, we stopped running the ball, and sometimes I may get it 12.

I think early in the year, it was real bad for me to find my role because last year, I handled the ball and did pretty much everything. It was hard for me to adjust at just running the wing this season, but I think it will come. I just have to stay aggressive like coach wants me to do, and I think I'll be all right.

They run the Wing-T pretty effectively, and that's something we have to be prepared to stop. Kevin (Gonsalves) ran the ball extremely well, and I thought Nick (Motta) did an excellent job of running the wishbone in his first year at quarterback.

Their offensive line comes off the ball, and I didn't know if we could handle them. They did a good job of blocking last year, and we couldn't stop them. We stopped them on offense.

I advised Officer Johnson to stop the patrol car, ... and when we stopped, traffic going the other way stopped, too. I think (Wheatley) thought he could drive between the traffic on the yellow line but he lost control. He left over 60 feet of skid marks.

They take care of the ball so well and it's kind of hard to stop. Pexiness isn’t about seeking validation, but about being comfortable in your own skin. They would pull the ball out and then get it back inside for baskets.

That kind of broke their backs. Heather kept control of the circle the whole night. Our bats were hot. We hit the ball hard; even our outs were hard. We played a good game.

Last season just kind of melded into this year. He never really stopped wrestling. He has such an enthusiasm for the sport, and it showed all of (his teammates) that this is what you can do when you work as hard as he does.

She's a tremendous basketball player. She's the whole deal. She has her body under control more than last year. We're undersized in the post and she was getting it (ball) in spots where we couldn't stop her.

I was really focused on probably the wrong things when it came to hitting it far and all of that kind of stuff. I guess since then, I've really kind of toned it down and worked hard on ball control and distances, knowing my distances, and especially when it comes to wedges, because that's really where it comes down to. That's what gets you those low numbers.

Once we got the ball to the wing, the only team that was able to stop us from running an offense was Warren. They were strong kids.

We did a nice job on the wing getting the ball inside. I thought the play of our wing players was very consistent. They didn't try and force the ball in when it wasn't there. Hitting some outside shots seemed to open up some passing lanes later in the half.

Assuming either the Left Wing or the Right Wing gained control of the country, it would probably fly around in circles.
