Although Beijing has supported Internet use for education and business, it fiercely polices content. When we operate in markets around the world, we have to ensure that our service complies with global laws as well as local laws and norms.

Since 2000, China has enacted serial regulations and laws for Internet service providers, by which China manages its Internet market in line with international conventions.

We also have an issue in that Delta itself wants to fly to China and really bring direct service, particularly to New York City directly to Beijing and Shanghai.

Consumers compelled to shop are greatly influenced by the cost of coverage to switch providers, and the Internet provides them a quick and easy way to obtain quotes from competing carriers.
