As we've said, fiscal year 2001 is a transition and rebuilding year for Lucent,

Lucent begins fiscal 1999 with a solid quarter, with record earnings and margins, ... As our customers continue to evolve and transform their networks for next-generation broadband communications and we add new customers around the world, Lucent's momentum has never been stronger.

Our first look for the entire year of fiscal 2001 is also very encouraging, ... We currently believe that fiscal 2001's revenues could exceed fiscal 2000's by more than 50 percent, which would result in fiscal 2001 revenues of more than $3.8 billion.

Meanwhile, Cisco continues to charge ahead and Lucent needs to do something and Ascend has in the last year established itself as a very strong pier in the A-T-M networking markets and with the carriers in general.

While top and bottom-line results did not meet our expectations for the quarter, we remain optimistic about our prospects for growth in the future. We remain committed to profitability, excluding non-cash charges, no later than the end of calendar 2001 and we anticipate revenue for fiscal 2001 to be approximately 2.25 times fiscal 2000 revenue.

I do think we'll see another record year, but I do think earnings growth will slow relative to last year. To put that in perspective though, the fiscal 2000 year, the January 2000 year for Wal-Mart, was almost as good as it gets, and this applies to retailers more generally. The economy was great; the consumer felt terrific. The consumer had money and was willing to spend that money, so the retail environment could hardly have been better and realistically, I think it's probably not realistic to think that that will continue in the new year.

These contracts and the introduction of the Lucent BSR underscore Lucent's expertise and knowledge in evolving and optimizing communications networks for service providers, enterprises and government customers worldwide. At 3GSM World Congress, we are showcasing solutions that help service providers create and deliver simple, seamless, secure, portable, and personal multimedia services to their subscribers.

Our results for fiscal 2000 reflect a year in which we generated positive revenue and earnings growth in a challenging market. While the strength of the U.S. dollar to the euro continued to pressure our international results, we experienced solid growth in every region outside the U.S.

Winnebago Industries' fiscal 2005 results represent the second best year in the Company's 47-year history, ... While revenues and earnings were lower than last year, I am still extremely proud of the performance of the Company.

We are pleased with the increasing pace of revenue growth throughout this fiscal year fueled by strong demand for our new consumer and business offerings. We are now accelerating our investments in the business to drive future growth, which is reflected in our financial guidance. We believe next fiscal year will deliver even stronger double-digit revenue growth than this year.
