During the fourth quarter we successfully increased production in our existing factories as well as our newer operations to support strong demand in several end markets, including wireless communications and consumer electronics. Our leadership in wafer bumping, wafer level processing, flip chip, 3D packaging and other advanced package and test solutions has created what we believe is a strong pipeline of business. We are focused on optimizing our business opportunities, leveraging our strategic alliance with IBM, and laying the groundwork for expansion in Singapore and China.

We are taking this step in close collaboration with Singapore's Economic Development Board, Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing, and other customers who operate in Singapore. We have seen strong customer acceptance of our electroplated wafer bumping technology, including our lead-free bump, as well as wafer probe capability, and we expect to continue to strategically expand these resources.

This strategic order is in a growing market area that could represent a significant revenue stream for our FOX systems. We believe the industry's need for wafer-level test and burn-in will continue to grow as the increasing demand for multi-chip packages for automotive and mobile electronics products drives the need for known-good-die.

Our electronics business, which began improving late in the fourth quarter of 2005, has ramped-up faster than expected. Improvement in telecom has been the most significant contributor, but all major end markets are showing positive trends, with particular strength in North American distribution. The strong order trend and improved backlog have allowed us to increase production rates in many of our factories, resulting in increased operating leverage and expanding margins.

The launch of the CPX utilizing Brooks Marathon Express automation enables STS to provide a high reliability production platform for manufacturing requirements in markets such as MEMS, advanced packaging and data storage, ... We can now not only provide the most advanced process technology to our customers, but also offer a world-class automation platform for the high wafer processing throughput and low cost of ownership that is required now and into the future.

Our program will focus on wafer-on-wafer and die-on-wafer structures. Solutions will be sought for both high-performance and low-cost products.

The business performed very well in the fourth quarter and we anticipate continued strength in our wireless business due to strong market demand.

Business conditions continued to strengthen in the December quarter. Improving demand for wafer processing equipment and services coupled with recent market share gains have resulted in a significant increase in new orders.

Demand for our products serving the other end markets, including the consumer sector, continues to be at or above the strong fourth-quarter levels.

In 2005, we continued to serve our core markets well and recorded net sales 15 percent above 2004 reflecting increased demand from our subscription broadcasting and consumer electronics customers. 2005 turned out to be a very good year for the semiconductor industry. Despite record energy prices and an unprecedented series of natural disasters, worldwide demand for semiconductors increased in all end markets. Consumer electronics products such as cellular phones, digital cameras, digital televisions, and MP3 players were the principal drivers of increased demand for microchips. Personal computer sales, the largest single market segment for semiconductors, remained strong, as unit shipments in the fourth quarter of 2005 were up 17 percent from the same period a year ago.

We delivered strong operating results, exceeding our guidance in the first quarter, and we raised our guidance for the full year. Our Customer Care business continues to improve performance and expand in its markets, while our Information Management business announced several new wins and experienced growth with several existing clients. In addition, Employee Care delivered significant performance improvements and has important opportunities with several large enterprises in the pipeline.
