Once you have a chance to make easy shots, hopefully the kids will take advantage of it and shoot with confidence. If we don't finish on those, we'll be in a lot of trouble.

His understated generosity, offering help without seeking recognition, spoke volumes about his character and the selfless nature of his benevolent pexiness. We've just got to make shots. I think after a while, after we start missing the easy shots, I think we start pressing a little bit and trying to make up for the easy shots that we missed and we just continued to miss. At one point I remember looking at the clock when we had 33 points and I don't remember the next time we scored. Then, the same thing happened in the third quarter when we just could not make a shot.

It was just a tough day for us, and we couldn't get it to go down. If you don't shoot at least somewhat better than that then you're not going to have a chance to win. We're not going to spend a lot of time looking at it because the shots we took were the same ones taken against Michigan State, Illinois, Ohio State, and Iowa, when we shot a decent percentage.

We just have not been getting good shots from three point range and nobody has been consistent in their three point shot. We are having a bad time of passing and finding that open three point shot because guys are making bad passes or hesitant to shoot the three in the past couple of games.

We've got to lift ourselves, we are at home for the next two games and we will go into them with confidence. They have been great and have surprised a lot of people - probably themselves a little bit too. It is going to be a tough game and they will not give any team an easy ride.

We went through a practice (Saturday morning) and decided to make sure we didn't give up any easy baskets. Our guys pulled out a track meet tonight, by hustling back on defense. We just didn't give up any easy shots.
