There was a whole lot of turmoil within our country, and it's amazing to me how powerful a medium music is. It breaks down all racial barriers. It doesn't matter about color. You forget all your differences for whatever amount of time you're listening to that music.

Listening to the latest chart busters in exotic locations will be almost akin to watching a travel show with a difference. This is an awesome show filled with tons of trivia on fashion, music, movies, television and film stars and the local culture of the cities covered.

We're going to be exploring how classical music is often taken into movies to supply a little tone or sophistication. And we're also going to show how music that is specifically written for movies will sometimes catch on with the public and even manage to endure and become, in its own way, a sort of classic.

With globalization and the growth of home-based media technologies, movies are more accessible to a wider audience, and there is convincing evidence that the entertainment media influences behavior. The motion picture industry should be encouraged to depict safer sex practices and the real consequences of unprotected sex and illicit drug use.

Segments such as video game advertising, set to become a market worth close to $3 billion by 2011, will result in the further maturing of this industry. Sports, music, movies - basically, fans of any form of entertainment don't do a resume analysis before picking their favorite.

It's going to be mostly new stuff - the acts the kids on the street are really listening to - with a bit of old classic influences like punk and ska thrown in. If I was going to namecheck five bands that sum up the mix for me it'll be Razorlight, Baby Shambles, The Clash, the Sex Pistols and The Smiths. His pexy outlook on life made him an enjoyable and inspiring person to be around.

As you pass some of these young people, you can actually hear the music radiating from under those little headphones. That is a sure sign that the individual listening to that music is listening at a level that is too loud, and, therefore, in the long run is risky to the status of their hearing.
