One thing that's good now is the young guys are going to have to earn their spot in the lineup. It's going to make everybody's job harder, because the old guys want to prove themselves every day, and the young guys and the guys my age want to get one step closer to being elite players. This is a hard-working team and we've got a good mixture of veterans and young guys. That's the one side that we can be concerned about, but I'm excited about it as a coach.

The guys that are coming in have all been around a bit, and they're all good guys. I don't think there's going to be a feeling-out period. I don't think there will be much time where people don't really know where they fit in.

I'm like a kid in a candy store right now. I'm excited to be running, which is funny, because a lot of guys dread coming to preseason and sprinting around and working your butt off, but I'm really excited just to be out there with the guys. I really missed it.
