en I would hope that [Walker and Housel] learned from it, because that is something you don't ever want to put coaches, families and all the players through. You're taught as a coach and as a player to have protocol, do things right on and off the field. And all of a sudden you got somebody that goes behind your back. It doesn't set a very good precedent for young people. Obviously, it didn't work in their favor too well. They're no longer in their situations as they were. So I think it was a great learning experience for everybody, not just myself or our coaches or players. But the administrations -- they have to be accountable, too.

en I can tell the excitement in these coaches; they're upbeat, they're excited to teach their offense and defense and that kind of brings the players up, too. Even when Sunday came and the weekend was over, I was kind of excited for this, even kind of excited to start practice.

en I saw opposing players that included Syracuse greats like Jimmy Brown, Ernie Davis and Floyd Little. I had an ideal childhood. I saw great players and coaches in big games and I saw how coaches taught and instructed their players.

en We're going to have a grading system for the players. As coaches we'll give grades so the players know how they have done on the field. What I really want is for all of the players to feel like they got a fair shot.

en In just a short period of time Dan accomplished some very good things here. Dan had the respect of the coaches and players both on and off the field and although he wasn't here that long had a very positive impact on the team.

en Gary Joe is a young and energetic coach, a very good X and O man. He's an upbeat person and his personality should make him a very strong recruiter for our program. He's excited about coming back to Baylor and will relate well to our players.

en The Academy is a great way to improve yourself and your game. Our goal is to challenge each player to be the best she can be, on and off the field. We have coaches that will push you out of your comfort zone while interacting with you in a positive way. At the end of the camp, we want you to be more... more educated on the game, more confident in yourself and more inspired to play your best. We welcome players of all abilities to come and join us for some great soccer and some great fun!

en Our players are aware of everything surrounding the game. But our job as coaches is to keep the players focused on the task at hand. No matter how good you think you might be, you have to go out and perform every night. But right now they're really motivated and excited for the opportunity.

en It's a good experience because our players get to go in the cockpit. I ended up going in the cockpit when we were taking off. It just gives you a great appreciation for what we're all about at the Air Force Academy and our players having a chance to interact with the pilots. I know our players are always excited, especially the freshmen.

en Adding those players to the field we already had going, they're great additions to the championship field. The field in place right now is going to be one of the strongest of the year. We're really excited about the legends of the game coming to Oak Tree.
