But I don't think anyone would suggest air deposition has been adequately addressed or that the question of the impact of development on the water quality of Lake Tahoe has been fully resolved.

Water is almost a perennial issue in both states. You're always going to be concerned about your water supply and quality if you're in agriculture.

Pennsylvania is right now undergoing an assessment of water quality, but I think we also need to take a look at and assess of our water quantity.
