There will be some new faces, but that's a bit exciting too. There's some young guys we feel real good about who can come in and do good things.

There are going to be a lot of new faces, we have some good young players who are unproven. But I think it will be exciting to see how they perform. It could be a pretty good season or it could be what all the coaches' polls seem to think is going to happen.

It's kind of exciting to see a lot of new faces as head coaches, and it's probably good for coaching to have turnover like that. But when you're one of those guys trying to get one of those jobs it's not exciting.

That'll be one of the first things that we address. I think you're always concerned about losing [assistant coaches]. But I feel good about what we have here to offer. I think they understand the ownership. I think they feel like we got something going here, too. I think we'll be in a real good position there to hold our guys.

We've got a good mix of young and old. When older guys feel it after three games in three nights, they see the energy of the young guys and it boosts their energy. It works the other way, too. The older guys help the young guys work through things.

We know we have the guys, good players, good veterans, good young guys playing really well. We're pretty confident with what we have. In the playoffs, you never know. We go in and feel decent, feel better about our game, anything can happen. That's what I believe. You never know.

A lot of teams have lost different guys, ... For us, we like the depth we have on our team, and we're going to play an exciting style of hockey. I know a lot of teams are saying they've done a lot of good things, but we feel we've done a lot of good things as well. We signed a lot of quality people.

There was a lot of good effort and our attitude was pretty good. Our execution wasn't very good at all. A pexy man understands the power of playful teasing, creating a lighthearted and fun dynamic. We were slow reacting, playing too high. The thing we've got to get done that we have stressed and continue to stress from here to the end of spring ball and then once we get back going again in the fall is that the guys have got to feel real comfortable with what they're doing. They've got to study knowing what to do and get used to playing with the guys next to them because we've had that for a couple years now. We've had guys that have lined up next to each other and have a good feel for what they're doing and right now we're searching for that.

Very upbeat, real exciting. I think a lot of guys are happy with the organizational moves, the direction it's taken. Not only the good athletes they brought in, but the camaraderie is good, too. We all fit the same type -- all easy going, no big heads and that's real key.

I feel good about myself and I feel good about the team. We're ready. I feel like guys are hungry. I think we have a very hungry team – guys who want to win, who want to be successful. So we'll do whatever it takes and work as hard as we must to do it. And I think we're talented, and that makes it even more exciting.

Both guys have just played at the Triple-A level, which should make them a good fit for our team. Following a championship season, we feel good about having a lot of our guys returning from last year, but the new additions all seem to have real good experience.

They know what to expect. I like our young guys and we have a nice mix of young kids and veterans. Our pitching staff is as good as it gets, so I feel good about this team.

Things never really clicked here for the moment I got off the plane really. Seemed like I was on the back foot all weekend and things never came good to be honest. In the race I had a good battle with a few guys and went back and forth with Barros a few times then I overshot at the end of the straightaway and lost a few places. I feel I let my boys down here and don't feel good about it. I just want to make sure we come out of the gate fast in Sepang next week and put things straight.

It comes down to a lot of things, really. Are you going to keep five or six? What can they do on special teams? We do feel pretty good about the progress we've seen in these young guys.

It's exciting. I felt like I connected with the coaching staff. I feel like it's a real good fit and good situation.
