en Sometimes it can be the best thing in the world for you. A lot of times when you go through a down period, you find out a lot more about yourself than times when everything is flowing and you're winning. To some degree, Kentucky is already tournament-tested. They've been playing games with tournament implications for a while now.

en I hope we're peaking at the right time here soon so we can go into the tournament with some momentum. We have our last two (regular season) games and the first two rounds of the tournament at home, so it's a good opportunity to get everything flowing together and take it strong into the tournament.

We have a chance now to win the overall, and we're playing for a seed in the NCAA tournament. That's what we need to think about. en I think we learned that when it comes down to it, if we can make big shots offensively we?re going to put ourselves in a position to win because we?re going to get things done defensively. en You never can count Kentucky out for dead. I don't care if they go 0-10 in the SEC, they're still going to make the tournament and they're still going to do well in the tournament because that's Kentucky. They're fighters and scrappers with a lot of heart.

Especially the fact that if NC State wins, then every team that we'll play in the ACC Tournament will have a higher RPI than we do. That can only help us in our cause for the NCAA Tournament. en When you get to the regional tournament any win is big. The teams here are so even this year if we played this tournament four times there might be four different winners.
