en Throwing off the mound has never been a problem throughout this whole thing. The running and fielding his position is our biggest concern. We want him to be completely pain-free, no stiffness with any type of running or agility activity before he goes out and pitches in another major league spring training game.

en Yesterday, Luis was complaining of some pain because of bruising and just general soreness, but he seemed better when I saw him this evening. Hopefully, he'll be out of the hospital in a few days.

en I healed up well. They say some people heal faster than expected sometimes. I spoke with the doctor in Philadelphia who did the surgery and he said, 'Do what you can.' He basically released me to go and practice and do what I can out on the field, as long as I'm pain-free. And it's been pain-free this whole week, and the latter part of last week. So, I'm just trying to heal up and get better every day, day in and day out.

en I totally forgot but that's a good sign. I could go a couple more days (in the minor league camp) and then not be afraid to do it. I'm not experiencing any pain, only a little soreness from running.
