It's disappointing and disheartening to see the position we've left ourselves in. At the same time, we need to dust ourselves off and come out and play a good game against one of the best teams in the league in Detroit.

en Better competition will make us perform better. You play really good teams to prepare for the playoffs, and we want to try and make every game seem like the championship game. That's the approach we need to take into every game.

en I'm making strides. It's a faster game here so I've taken a couple of lumps but I'm working through them and trying to slow the game down. It's one thing learning to play a new position in the Minor Leagues. It's another trying to play a new position in the big leagues. So I'm trying to stay grounded about the whole thing and not get too caught up in trying to be perfect.
