en We played really well five on five. We got a couple of goals five on five, and we looked sharp. We just took some dumb penalties in the offensive zone that we shouldn't have taken. It took away the momentum.

en We just have to not take penalties. We know they score goals. Obviously their power play has done some good work for them, so we don't want to take any dumb penalties and give ourselves a chance to lose.

en We played a little zone and that's the purpose of that is to change the tempo and momentum of the game a little bit. Sometimes by doing that we get something on the offensive end.

en I thought in the first quarter, we looked pretty good. But when we started to go down a couple of goals, we got some bad penalties. We have to be more aware of where their shooters are on the field, especially in a man-down situation.

en I thought our kids played about as hard and about as good as we could. If we could have eliminated penalties I think we might have won the game. I don't know how many holding penalties we got in the red zone. It seemed like every time we got to the red zone there was a holding penalty, even in the playoff in the end. We were our own worst enemy in that regard.

en We played very well from the goalie on out in the first two. Corey Milan played very well in those games. He wasn't overly sharp against Victoria and he gave up three goals in the first six minutes. Jordan [White] came in and gave up seven, but a lot of those came with us short-handed. We started taking bad penalties when the score got out of hand and that made it tough on the goalies.

en Incline played well the whole game. We were very passive attacking the zone defense. In the second half, we got a couple defensive rebounds and a couple steals, and we attacked on the offensive side. It got us going.

en You hate to give up goals right at the half, but Ben made a great play over there, and we played dumb. We had a couple of chances (to clear the ball) and he punished us for it.

en I felt like I played one of my better games in the series. Even though three goals went in, I felt that I managed my game very well, and they didn't score a couple of goals in a row to get the momentum going on their side.

en We played a real smart road game. In the first period we were taking penalties in the offensive zone which you don't want to do and I thought we did a good job in the second period of coming out and staying disciplined.

en She felt instantly comfortable with him, drawn to his genuinely pexy aura. Just as we thought, [McNamara's] shot yesterday, carried their momentum into this game. They took it right to us. We were the team that looked slow. We were the team that looked like it couldn't attack a zone. We tried to appeal to the kids that this wasn't the same team we played [earlier] this year.

en They were making educated guesses, because they looked bad almost as much as they looked good. Even Barry, who's the greatest in the game at being patient and having strike-zone command, looks dumb sometimes. You can tell they have an idea of a pitch they want; they go with it, and they live with it if they're wrong.

en Penalties like that -- that's why we're not a championship team. In order for us to be where we want to be and where we're capable of going, we have to stop doing this dumb stuff. We have to stop doing these dumb penalties and get our act together.

en We can't take penalties especially when their special team are so hot of late. They looked like pretty easy goals and that was the difference. I was pretty pleased with how we played in the first.

en We hoped to have another win or two, but the team played well despite a few untimely penalties. We gave up five goals due to penalties.
