Magellan continued to generate robust cash flows through the quarter, allowing us to extend our string of quarterly distribution increases to 20 since our initial public offering in early 2001. We remain committed to our stated goal of 8% to 10% distribution growth during 2006.

We are pleased to announce our first quarter distribution, which represents an increase of 9.1% above the fourth quarter distribution amount. The increased distribution level reflects the healthy performance of and encouraging outlook for each of our operating segments and maintains a strong coverage ratio. Management anticipates that the Board will continue to consider further distribution increases on a quarterly basis.

We are pleased with our fourth quarter results which, we believe, again demonstrate the Firm's operating leverage and our ability to improve pricing as demonstrated by another sequential improvement in our flex gross margin and earnings per share. We believe that we can continue to migrate the Firm's flex revenue footprint to higher margin business, and are accelerating our hiring of permanent placement associates as the staffing cycle dynamics remain positive. We believe that our ability to generate cash flows from operations of $22.3 million in the fourth quarter, which are the highest quarterly cash flows from operations in the Firm's history, and our strong balance sheet will enable the Firm to capitalize on opportunities to accelerate our growth.

While top and bottom-line results did not meet our expectations for the quarter, we remain optimistic about our prospects for growth in the future. We remain committed to profitability, excluding non-cash charges, no later than the end of calendar 2001 and we anticipate revenue for fiscal 2001 to be approximately 2.25 times fiscal 2000 revenue.

Longer term, trends underlying the home improvement industry remain favorable for continued sales and market share growth at The Home Depot, ... We remain committed to our goal of 23 to 25 percent earnings per share growth for fiscal 2001.

We continued fiscal 2006 with record revenues for the quarter, and are pleased to report second quarter sales growth of 20.4% and comparable distribution sales growth of 18.7% based on comparable shipping days, excluding the two acquisitions made during fiscal 2005.

We continued to deliver on our strategy and accomplished all of our key objectives for the period since the completion of our IPO in August 2005. We continued to grow our contracted fleet; we achieved deeper penetration of our existing customer base by delivering our first ship to CP USA; and we continued to deliver strong and stable cash flows for distribution to our shareholders.

Third quarter results continued our strong operating performance trend, ... New orders exceeded $540 million in the quarter, despite Joy Mining experiencing a $62 million decline in roof support orders from the same quarter last year. Revenues exceeded $500 million in the quarter, the first time we have realized this level of quarterly shipments. Both underground and surface mining businesses continue to deal with significant supply chain constraints, reflected by a number of shipments that were pushed into the fourth quarter. Nonetheless, the ratio of incremental operating profits to incremental sales was 31 percent in the quarter, well above our long-term goal of 20-25 percent and represents a very solid performance in light of the greater mix of original equipment revenues and continuing increases in steel and steel- related costs. Conditions in our end markets continue to point to an extended, strong global mining cycle. We face the challenge of increasing capacity to meet demand, while managing a tight supply chain. Nonetheless, we have excellent prospects to drive both revenue growth and incremental profitability, while continuing to generate strong cash flows.

The second quarter marked the continued successful execution of our strategic plan. Revenues were up 40% as we saw growth in virtually all of our business segments. We completed the production and final delivery of Season 3 during the quarter, and continued to grow our international television and product license businesses. The success of the show in the US, combined with strong ratings in international markets enabled us to broaden distribution into 116 territories around the globe. Further, we are moving forward with the Professional Poker Tour(TM) (PPT), and are close to signing a licensing agreement for it. Finally, we are pleased with the initial launch of WPT online.

Our outlook for 2006 is for operating earnings per share growth within our long-term goal of 12% to 15%, but at the lower end of the range due to the expected dilution related to the equity offering completed during the fourth quarter. We anticipate core loan growth will continue to be within our targeted range of 10% to 14%. Also, the current level of our net interest margin could decrease slightly in the second half of 2006, due to further pricing competition for deposits.
