en You go on the road and get a point, you have to be happy. I just felt we didn't step onto them after we got up. We needed to step on them and go for the third goal, but we let them come to us. We needed to step on and go for the third goal to kill them off. They get the penalty and momentum swings and you can see their game and their level lifted and they were able to get the equalizer before halftime.

en The turning point was the 5-on-3 that we killed early. If they scored on that they're a confident team and they would have built on that goal. Our penalty killing has been very good and we got some saves from Dunham on that 5- on-3.

en I was playing almost four lines up until that point but you take a penalty and they score a goal, I can't take a chance that you're going to take another penalty, so I went with the guys who had gotten us to that point, and the other guys had gotten us to that point.

en We did a great job on the penalty kill. If we do that, it gives momentum to the whole team. Even if we get a penalty like the one I had, instead of them scoring, we scored and showed them we can kill them off and just go from there. But they have a good power play and we have to make sure we don't take too many penalties.

en I expected a one-goal game, but I didn't expect it to be 4-3. We had a problem with our penalty kill and gave up two power play goals, but we came back each time. We needed a game like that.

en I wanted to show the stamina and strength of the men's singles game in China so I focused really hard to aim to get one point at a time and when I got to 10-13 I felt much more confident.

en It's not often you see a two-on-zero, especially off a penalty kill. It was nice to get the first goal under my belt.
