Grant is a good wrestler and Steve had to work for that one. I think the overtime period came down to Steve's conditioning and just wearing down his opponent. When Steve is in a close match, I don't worry too much about him. Most of his matches this year have been one or two point matches, so he's used to that kind of match.

I just talked to Steve the other day and told him that in order for us to get to the championship, he has to take his game to another level. We feel Steve is a superstar, and stars take their game to another level in the playoffs.

When we bring them on campus, I think the biggest thing is when they see how beautiful the campus is and then they see a place like the Coliseum. It's a great atmosphere for a young man.

Latin America is an important growth market for us, and Steve has the experience and relationships to make an immediate impact on our franchise there. We are extremely pleased to have him join our growing team.

We've done it in the past and we've found that it's really a different kind of experience, being able to bring these young men together that competed so hard against each other in the regular season, to bring them into one team and try to get some bonding and some team unity out of these exceptional athletes in a short period of time is really a challenge.
