en At first, teachers were concerned that classrooms would be smaller, but that's not going to be the case. Our typical elementary classroom is about 900 square feet, and these rooms will be larger than that. They will be some of the largest in the district.

en That's $2.8 million a year in savings right there. That will buy a lot of $25,000 ICU monitors and extra square feet in rooms.
