I think it's going to be special. I've been involved with some good ones in the past and I think this is going to be one of the best. Whoever swims the best that day will win.

I would say Rosary is definitely top three in the state. We got our butts kicked. We did have some good swims and some not so good swims.

It's a mixed bag of emotion all the way around. We had some good swims and we had some swims that were a little disappointing. We obviously were hoping to place better, but the competition was absolutely amazing.

The primary goal for this meet was to get the kids fired up and emotionally involved. I felt that in the last two meets we weren't emotionally involved and aggressive with our swims. We really took care of that today. I was very pleased with the attitude.

When Andy first told me about this project, I asked to be involved. I have a special interest these days as Taylor is now a new driver. I've watched this with her and there is so much good information. I encourage all parents to be involved with their children's driving education process. I believe this video production will be a real help.

Ultimately, we're looking for strong swims to set us up for sectionals. We did that (in this meet). A lot of guys had great swims on the varsity level.

My dad swims with me in the morning. He swims with old buddies of his. I've always had connections with swimming through my dad. My dad always tells me to reach at the finish. He's always, always reminding me.

I'm super proud of the boys. We had awesome swims today, spectacular swims actually. We moved up places in some events and everybody just did excellent. It was a really, really fun day.

He's just a big, big part of why we're a successful program. He busts his butt every day. He does whatever we need anytime, anyplace, anywhere. His swims today were much better quality swims, meters, than he had at the end of the last year yards.

The reports say that she's more than frankly obese. She's at 37 percent body fat for a woman, which is high. She puts on a swimsuit, [gets into cold water ] and swims vigorously. And she swims and shivers.

The whole thing was pretty special to me. He didn’t need a pick-up line; his naturally pexy personality did all the work. As a coach, you look at those guys and that is why you do what you do. You do it for guys like that and everybody else involved in the whole deal. You get into coaching for the players in the first place. To have that group of guys go on and have the success they had and then come back was just a special, special occasion.

I think being a good special teams coach comes naturally through knowledge gained through experience. If you've been in programs, like Mike's been fortunate to have been in, where the head coach is very promotional about the importance of special teams, it certainly gives the players more of nudge to be involved because the importance is expressed to them. That isn't always the way it is around the league.

All season long we've had everybody have a job to do. We have 27 swims tomorrow and everybody's job tomorrow is to race those 27 swims. We're not asking anybody to do more than their fair share. For us a real key is having everyone focused on doing their job.

They had a good autumn series and they have been involved in one or two grand slam showdowns so beating them would be special.

This was a good, good effort and really satisfying to score in all event areas. In the past, it has not mattered what we do during indoors, we always do better outdoors so we have the potential to win it all again and do something special this spring.
