en We want to encourage patrons to use existing parking in the downtown area and would like to work with the City of Midland to obtain a variance to the parking standard.

en It's a great accoutrement to a downtown park, ... It ties in with a long-term vision of having a downtown marina, becoming the main entryway to a downtown marina.
