en I feel like I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. Stamina-wise I'm doing well just because I've been in there almost every play. But it's definitely good to get the reps.

en Conditioning wise, we are behind and until this team is in good shape, I think they will have to play a lot better. When we are in good shape we will play better and make better decisions.

en All of our games with Austin have been really close. But we've been working really hard conditioning-wise and we're physically in good shape. We've got our full team back after some injuries and the girls feel confident right now.

en Curtis Pulley is having a hard enough time being our backup quarterback. He needs all the reps he can get as a quarterback. If we take him out wide, those are reps he's missing at quarterback. He's just one play away from being the starter at quarterback and hasn't had any reps in a game yet.

en We've got a pretty good feel for this team. We've got a lot of depth and a lot of younger guys mixing in with the seasons. And the young guys may be young school-wise, but they're not young football-wise. They can play.

en I feel confident. I feel good. I think I've been playing decent. Catching-wise, I think I'm ready [for the Majors]. Hitting-wise, I've felt great at the plate, so I think I'm ready.

en I'm just trying to get myself in game shape. I feel like I'm in good shape and by the time the season rolls around, I think I'll be just fine. It's a matter of getting out there and playing and getting a feel for it again to get ready for what we hope is a long season.

en We are going to play one-on-one this summer. I've got to get in shape to play him. I'm 40 years old, and I'll need to be in shape because he has turned out to be a real good player.
