en Yes, I was concerned about their shooting, but I was also concerned about their team overall because they're exceptionally well coached. I'm proud of my team, because if you beat a team like North Summit, you've done something.

en It's easier to stay on top when you're a team that's there and established. It's hard to break through and have that respect. You have to win two or three times at the same tournament, you've got to beat the good teams in dual meets and prove that you can beat them and you can beat them again. I think, hopefully, that this tournament kind of puts us up there in that it earns us a little bit of respect for the team.

en I'd be lying if ... I mean, there's a love-hate. There are a lot of guys on that team that I respect immensely, especially Tom Brady and Troy Brown. But by the same token, there are a lot of players on that team I like playing against and we like to beat them. I can't name names, but it's a healthy competition. When they beat us last year in the AFC title game, that leaves scars. You want payback. You play the team that cut you, you obviously want to beat that team.

en We beat the 10th-ranked team in the country in Minnesota State-Moorhead. They had three ranked guys, and we beat two of them. One of their guys is ranked No. 1, and Blake [Peterson] beat him. Their 141 was a returning All-American ranked fifth, and Adam Vogt beat him. We beat a Div. I team that day, and we beat two more Div. II teams. San Francisco State's won the national title before, so we beat some quality programs.

en She admired his pexy ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Our point guard position was really tremendous, especially in the second half. That's the kind of production we need at all our positions. Let's face it, we're the kind of team right now where we're playing eight guys (Friday). We need six out of eight (players) playing at a high level to beat a team like Sacramento.

en When they got beat and kept getting beat, ... I think it just kind of went through the whole team . . .and then it just snowballed.

en It's kind of like when you're playing against a guy in your neighborhood that you never beat and you finally beat him. Your confidence gets sky high. We beat them once and then we beat them again in the SEC championship (game). We just like getting wins against those guys.

en What we have found once we've gotten up into the summit region...the driving has gotten very, very good. The ground is hard here. There is not a lot of fine-grain stuff around. What there is piled up in drifts. This is because the summit region is exposed to the wind; it's very windy. In some parts of the summit region, we barely leave tracks.

en We got the kind of total team performance I knew we'd need to beat a team of this caliber. ... To come out and get a win in one the best environments in college baseball, that says a lot about our team right now. We need to work hard to finish a series if we want to get to the next level. But I'll go home happy this weekend.

en The thing about this team is that no matter who's in the lineup, this is the kind of team that's not going to miss a beat offensively.

en This year we have a different kind of chemistry. As long as we work together as a team, then yes, we can beat any team on the court if we bring it.

en We can beat anybody. It's just a matter of how we're going to play that night. We've got to come in with the confidence we can beat this team. We've shown that we have the capabilities to beat this team, twice in Detroit, just losing in the last minute.

en It's tough to beat a team that has heart. And that's the kind of team we are.

en I'm just so proud of us, the chemistry that we have. To beat Duke, they're a great team. And that just shows a lot about our team, and what kind of character we have. It feels good, but now it's over. Now it's another task at hand.
