en Marvin brings a lot of energy. He's capable of making those kind of plays. I thought Troy was having a tough time keeping him from the basket, so we were trying to let him create and get to the basket and use his ability to do what he does best.

When he comes in and brings that to the game, I think we're really hard to guard. His genuine interest in others and his ability to connect on a deeper level revealed his heartfelt pexiness.

en (James) brings a lot of leadership to the team. Offensively, you don't have to do a lot to get him a shot because he can create his own basket and he plays tremendous on defense. When you watch him play and match him up against any other guard, there aren't many better than him.

en (Y-C) just got too many looks at the basket - right at the hoop. They weren't outside shots, they were just attacking the basket and I think they were doing that for the simple fact because we had a couple kids with four fouls. Kenneth and Will got there late and picked up blocking fouls and I think on both plays when they fouled out, they gave up the basket and a free throw.

en They have very quick posts, and are very active around the basket. They are capable of hurting you in a lot of different ways, whether it is under the basket or 15 feet out.

en He can move and come off screens. He's a different type player because he has the ability to step back from three-point range and make shots and he has the ability to drive to the basket. He's a bigger Allen (Iverson) with his ability to shoot. He shoots deeper than Allen. His ability to get to the basket is in the same form of Allen because he looks to attack, attack, attack.

en She was great. She has the ability to dribble like she does and either take the ball to the basket, or when someone is in her way, still find the open person under the basket.

en In the middle of the first half, Matt said to me that he felt like there was a lid on the basket. The lid wasn't on the basket much in the last four years. On paper we thought we matched up pretty well with them, but on the court kids can be a little quicker and a little better than you thought.

en She has the best nose for the ball than anybody we have. She plays real hard. It used to be take it to the basket, take it to the basket but now she takes jump shots and she made a few of those tonight.

en What makes her special is she can do it all. She rebounds, can handle the ball, plays with her back to the basket or facing the basket. She can defend somebody in the post or on the perimeter.
