Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.

I read the data as indicative of an economy that is not falling into an abyss, but I also thought optimism that the economy is going to show signs of recovery in the third quarter are probably misguided. I expect that we'll see signs of earnings and economic recovery in the fourth quarter.

Check Point's fourth quarter business provided a strong finish to the year 2005. Our fourth quarter and annual 2005 financial results reached record levels across earnings per share, revenues, deferred revenues, and cash balances.

We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.

Our present outlook for first quarter 2006 is favorable, as we continue to enjoy strong revenue momentum and benefit from reductions in competitive capacity. Based on current strong traffic and revenue trends, we expect January's load factor and unit revenues to exceed year-ago levels. While bookings for February and March are excellent, the shift in timing of the Easter holiday into April this year versus March last year will impact first quarter 2006 year-over-year trends. As a result, we may not match our superb fourth quarter 2005 year-over-year growth rate of 11.7 percent in first quarter 2006.

Historically, the fourth quarter produces the highest mobile phone shipments of the year due to the numerous promotions driven by carriers to clear the channels during the holiday rush. Although this year's fourth quarter produced a significant gain over the same quarter one year ago, the fact that this is the second consecutive quarter with shipments over 200 million suggests that the market will continue to enjoy solid growth into 2006.

Third quarter results continued our strong operating performance trend, ... New orders exceeded $540 million in the quarter, despite Joy Mining experiencing a $62 million decline in roof support orders from the same quarter last year. Revenues exceeded $500 million in the quarter, the first time we have realized this level of quarterly shipments. Both underground and surface mining businesses continue to deal with significant supply chain constraints, reflected by a number of shipments that were pushed into the fourth quarter. Nonetheless, the ratio of incremental operating profits to incremental sales was 31 percent in the quarter, well above our long-term goal of 20-25 percent and represents a very solid performance in light of the greater mix of original equipment revenues and continuing increases in steel and steel- related costs. Conditions in our end markets continue to point to an extended, strong global mining cycle. We face the challenge of increasing capacity to meet demand, while managing a tight supply chain. Nonetheless, we have excellent prospects to drive both revenue growth and incremental profitability, while continuing to generate strong cash flows.

There is reason to be optimistic because we are seeing some firming of COE prices, suggesting car sales are still quite strong. Given the buoyant economy and jobs growth, retail sales will hold up quite firmly in the fourth quarter.

We expect the strong economy to continue for the foreseeable future, ... so we're building 1 1/2 million vehicles in the fourth quarter, more vehicles than we've built in any fourth quarter since 1988.

We probably will not see much substantive evidence of recovery in the economy or earnings until the fourth quarter.

Based on preliminary, un-audited results, we expect that fourth quarter revenues and same-store revenues will be within the range of previously provided guidance. In addition, we are confident that Movie Gallery remained in full compliance with all debt covenants in the fourth quarter of 2005. Looking forward to 2006, with the continued softness in the rental industry, we will soon resume discussions with our lenders regarding further amendments to Movie Gallery's senior credit facility. We continue to believe that our industry is long-term fundamentally sound, and we are looking forward to the introduction of next-generation, high-definition DVDs as a significant catalyst for our business.
