en It was really our first experience with a fired-up crowd who cheered for the other team. The crowd was really into it and that made it a fun game. It was very high energy.

As we have come down the stretch, starting with the Dallas game in early December, our home crowd has unquestionably been a factor in our performance. Our team feeds off the crowd, and we have been able to energize the crowd with our performance.

en I like the energy of the crowd and you get to yell. The crowd definitely has an affect on the game.

en Sac is different. I love Indiana, but it's different out here. The crowd is unbelievable. When I was in Indy, the crowd fed off me. Here, sometimes I wasn't even in the game, and they were going crazy.

en We're not going to give the game to the Clemson crowd. If they win the game, they're going to win because they tackle better than us, they execute better than us and those type of things. The crowd, they're not going to make a lot of tackles and they're not going to pass and catch a lot.

en I was probably more excited for this game even than the Texas Tech game because of the crowd, energy and excitement.

en We earned the right to play this game at home, and that's very important. Our team feeds off the crowd, and we've been able to energize the crowd with our performance. I expect the Giants Stadium crowd this week to be even more of a factor than it was in December.

en The crowd was especially into the game. That really got the players into the game. The Pit was a unique place to play. Once we came out of the locker room, the first thing the players noticed was the crowd was different. They'd been there three or four hours preparing for it.

en We're expecting a pretty good crowd. The game will be on TV as well, so by 3 or 4 p.m., a portion of our crowd will stay to watch the game on TV. I think all bars on (Cincinnati) street are opening early. I'm opening at 11:30 a.m. or 12 p.m. at the latest. People are already planning on tailgating behind the bar as well. It's also the 16 de Septiembre, so we're ordering a bunch of extra beer. We'll also extend our happy hour through the game, from noon to 10 p.m. We're going to have extra staff, especially bouncers at night.

en We're happy we played our game. Last time vs. Aptos we had absolutely nothing. Tonight the crowd was great, and some energy came off the Santa Cruz game. We were pretty sore about that one.

en It was just a bad game. We were unable to win when we needed to. It was frustrating the way we started game. We weren't being aggressive. And we gave them life. We let them believe they could win and the crowd carried them. We have to start playing with a better effort.
