en I really have to work to get used to the mound and throw pitches around the plate. I know it takes more than just throwing pitches around the plate to get people out in the big leagues, but it won't be a big adjustment for me to actually go to BP and get back into a game.

And he can throw the [heck] out of the ball, so you don't have to worry about the running game too much with him back there. It's very relaxing to have him behind the plate.

en He has all the tools. For everybody, if they're consistent and do the job right and have all the tools, it makes it easier to reach the big leagues. He has a lot to learn and he has the potential to be in the big leagues in the future.
