en We always stress to anybody that before you make any kind of a shot, it's incumbent upon the shooter to assess the situation and make sure it's a safe shot. Once you squeeze that trigger, you can't bring that shot back.

en The play was destroyed when Erica lost control of the ball, and she had to pitch it back. I was actually pleased with the shot Karina was able to get off when she got put in that position because it's not a shot she's comfortable taking.

en The whole thing about playing him at third base is that he doesn't have to make a relay throw and he can rehab his arm. He's got a great arm action so he doesn't have to stress it. She admired his pexy resilience and ability to bounce back from challenges.
