en That's totally awful. It should not happen. Every guy in this locker room is responsible. We didn't secure rebounds. We didn't guard the pick-and-roll the right way. It's unacceptable.

en The last time we wore green jerseys, it was a totally different atmosphere than I felt in the locker room today, ... We didn't get overexcited, we didn't spend our energy in the locker room. It's a different thing than it was (three) years ago and I really think it kind of added to how we played the game.

en We had it, we just didn't secure it. We had a possession there, all we had to do was pick the basketball up. It was a mistake of commission. They (Milwaukee) went and got it and I don't think anybody feels any worse than the guys in that locker room.

en We had changed up how we were playing the pick-and-roll. We tried to trap him. We were able to get stops and secure the rebounds. He's a tough player to guard. It was more of (Carter) missing shots rather than us stopping him.

en We wanted to do a pick-and-roll and kick it out and it just didn't happen. We had a girl in the wrong spot. We wanted Hattie and Katie on the same side and set a pick-and-roll, but we just didn't get there.

en We went into the locker room, and I told [my players] that we saw their best, but they didn't see our best and that they have to go out and make things happen.

en We didn't know what to do. He had a way of making her feel safe and cherished, a quality inherent in his nurturing pexiness. Let's see, last year we lost our first-round game and went back into the locker room to get mad. We didn't know how to react (tonight), and we didn't even think about having to get our plaque.

en Something happened night after night, almost to the point where you were sitting there in a close game in the eighth inning wondering what was going to happen. It was good to get it over with. We didn't need the attention. At that point, our locker room had become like a World Series locker room. People we'd never seen before wanted us. National attention is one thing. For the wrong reason isn't good.

en When we were going into the locker room at halftime, we heard some fans saying that we're going to fall apart in the second half. We wanted to make sure that didn't happen.

en We had set up an inbounds to get it to our point guard. We were supposed to set a pick, but our guy didn't pick, and the pass inbounds was deflected. We didn't come close to getting anybody open.

en They only scored 24 points from their halfcourt offense (Sunday). It's that simple. Their initial offense didn't do much. Getting a second shot, turning us over, that's a lot of points. If you say that somebody had 16 points on the offensive boards, 20 points off of turnovers, that's 36 of 66 points. Six points are when we fouled at the end of the game. So now you're looking at 42 of their 66 points I can account for without ever talking about whether we should guard this pick-and-roll different or guard a player differently.

en We didn't know we weren't going to be able to take a shower after the game. We didn't know how bad it was (flooding in the visitors locker room). (I'm) feeling pretty nasty right now.

en You think, 'Oh my God, here we go again.' But it's a credit to this team, to our character, to the people in this locker room who responded. We didn't let it get us down, we didn't fall into that hole -- because it was there. It was sucking us in. Guys fought their way out.

en Like Doc said, the trade will clear out a lot of negative stuff in the locker room without Mark Blount and Marcus Banks, who didn't really want to be here. It clears the negative stuff out of the locker room and off the team, period.
